30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
