Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak holiday periods.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders over $50. A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout for smaller orders.

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in 10 days or your package has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will help resolve it.
