Shopping at Frostloft
These terms apply to use of the Frostloft storefront and purchases made through its Shopify checkout. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information when ordering.
Products and prices
Product availability and prices are shown on product pages. Review your selected item and the final total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, at checkout before paying. Product images are illustrative; check the product details and contact us if you need more information.
Payment and orders
Payments are handled through Shopify checkout and its payment providers. Keep your order confirmation for support enquiries. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about the available resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy sets out processing times, estimated delivery times and shipping costs. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, including for holiday arrival. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return eligibility and how to request help.
Product use and your rights
Follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and care guidance, especially for electrical or heated products. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
